基于HyperMesh和ANSYS的波形弹簧变形规律及力学性能研究

摘    要:以波形弹簧为研究对象,采用理论计算与有限元分析相结合的方法,研究波形弹簧的变形规律和力学性能。文章分析了波形弹簧波峰、波谷在压缩过程中的扭转变形情况,得到波形弹簧所受载荷、径向变形量及最大等效应力与压缩量的变化规律。将有限元计算结果与理论计算结果进行对比分析,验证了刚度、径向变形量计算公式的准确性。为解决行业标准中应力计算公式不适用于厚度小于0.2 mm的波形弹簧这一问题,通过有限元分析方法对应力计算公式进行了修正,并通过设置对照组确定了应力修正系数的适用范围,为波形弹簧的设计、计算提供参考。

Abstract:Taken the wave spring as the research object, the deformation law and mechanical properties of the wave spring are researched by combining theoretical calculation and finite element analysis. The torsional deformation of wave crest and wave trough of wave spring during compression process is analyzed. The variation laws of load, radial deformation, maximum equivalent stress and compression of wave spring are obtained. By comparing the finite element calculation results with the theoretical calculation results, the accuracy of the theoretical calculation formulas of stiffness and radial deformation is verified. In order to solve the problem that the stress calculation formula in the industry standard is not applicable to the wave spring with thickness less than 0.2 mm, the stress calculation formula is modified by the finite element analysis, and the application range of the stress correction coefficient is determined by setting the control group, which provides a reference for the design and calculation of the wave spring.
