云南某复杂硫、氧混合铅锌矿浮选实验研究

摘    要:对云南某地新开采硫、氧混合铅锌矿进行了浮选工艺实验研究。采用混合浮选硫化矿及氧化矿的工艺流程,获得了铅综合回收率85.18%、锌综合回收率95.46%的铅锌混合硫化精矿和氧化精矿,其中,硫化铅锌精矿中锌、铅品位分别为46.14%、7.86%; 氧化铅锌精矿中铅、锌品位分别为12.71%、6.01%。浮选所得精矿满足冶金过程对原料的要求。研究成果可为浮选此类矿物提供参考依据。

Abstract:An experimental study was carried out on flotation process of a newly mined mixed sulfide-oxide lead and zinc ore from Yunnan Province. By adopting a bulk flotation flow for the mixed sulfide-oxide ore, a mixed lead-zinc sulfide concentrate and a lead-zinc oxide concentrate were floated, with the total lead recovery of 85.18% and total zinc recovery of 95.46%. Among them, the lead-zinc sulfide concentrate graded 46.14% Zn and 7.86% Pb, while the lead-zinc oxide concentrate graded 12.71% Zn and 6.01% Pb. The flotation concentrates can meet the requirements of metallurgical process for raw materials. This research provides a reference for the succeeding flotation practice of such ores.
