摘    要:富氧侧吹熔池熔炼-多枪顶吹吹炼技术成熟可靠。基于该工艺铜冶炼生产过程的反应机理,采用冶金计算软件建立功能模块,模拟侧吹熔炼—顶吹吹炼—阳极炉精炼全流程,不仅为冶炼厂设计提供了依据,同时也为开发数模专家系统打下了基础。

Abstract:Oxygen-enriched side-blown smelting and multi-lance top-blow converting technology is mature and reliable in copper smelting technology. Based on the reaction mechanism of copper smelting process, a function module was established by using metallurgical calculation software to simulate the whole process of side-blown smelting, top-blown converting and anode refining. It not only provides a basis for the design of smelter, but also lays a foundation for the development of digital-analog expert system.
