摘    要:对Al-Cu-Mg-Ag合金进行了中性盐雾试验,并采用扫描电镜、透射电镜以及电化学测量等方法研究了合金的腐蚀行为及其腐蚀机理。结果表明,在欠时效状态下,各合金均无PFZ,且晶内均无析出相; 随着Cu/Mg比升高,合金中S相粒子逐渐增多,且晶界处析出相随之增加,并由不连续变成连续; 合金耐腐蚀性能随Cu/Mg比增加逐渐恶化。

Abstract:Neutral salt spray testing was performed for Al-Cu-Mg-Ag alloy and then the corrosion behavior and the corrosion mechanism of the alloy were investigated by using SEM, TEM and electrochemical measurements. The results show that after under-aging treatment, precipitation didn't appear in grain and PFZ (precipitation free zone) didn't appear on grain boundary among the alloy. As Cu/Mg ratio increases, the fraction of S-phase particles in the alloy gradually increases, the precipited phases on the grain boundaries increase and transit from discontinuous state to continuous state, but the corrosion resistance of the alloy gradually deteriorates.
