| 摘 要： | 我国工程造价施工阶段造价管理存在着较多的问题,大多数工程监理人员也仅局限于施工阶段的质量与进度管理,工程造价管理方面意识和能力较为薄弱。文章从审计的角度对施工组织设计的审批、工程材料价格、现场签证、工程款计量支付、索赔费用的处理等阐述了监理人员进行工程造价现场控制应注意的问题和方法。
