摘 要: | 采用石油沥青及阻燃添加剂等为基础原料,研制出用于公路火灾易发路段及隧道路面的阻燃沥青铺筑材料。其常规性能符合GB/T15180规定的技术要求,阻燃性能极限氧指数满足GB2406规定的技术要求。采用不同温度下三点针入度回归计算,考察了阻燃沥青的使用性能,并与国内外几种典型道路沥青的使用性能进行了比较。结果表明,该沥青不仅具有良好的阻燃性能而且还具有良好的感温性能、高温稳定性、低温抗裂性以及较大的粘弹区间,能够满足铺装隧道路面的性能要求。

Abstract: | Flame -- retardant asphalt paving materials used in the fire incidental highway and road tunnel were prepared using asphalt and flame -- retardant. Its general properties accord with the specification of GB/T15180. The oxygen index about flame--retardant characteristic meet the specification of GB2406. The performance of flame--retardant asphalt were investigated using the regressive calculation of penetration at different temperature and compared with typical domestic and oversea paving asphalts . The results showed that this asphalt had well the flame retardancy , the sensitivity to changes in temperature , the stability at high temperature and the cracking resistance at low temperature. its viscoelasticity area Was bigger and its properties meet the specification of tunnel pavement. |
