摘    要:本文叙述了采用气液伺服阀作为控制元件的带材卷屈纠偏气液位置伺服系统的组成与工作原理。在建立系统数字模型的基础上,对系统进行了数字仿真和辨识实验,同时,分析了系统的稳定性、伺服精度及频带宽度等特性。通过对计算机仿真与辨识实验结果的对比,提出利用动压反馈装置改善系统响应特性的具体方案。

Abstract:In this paper, the composition and principle of operation of pneumohydraulic position servo systems , which makes correction for running-off strip, are described Based on mathematical modeling of the system, the dynamic characteristics of the system are simulated and identified At the same time, the stability of the system, accuracy of servo, and the bandwidth etc have also been analyz ed Through comparison of the simulation results with identification results, a new control scheme for pneumohydraulic servo system is proposed, by means of the feedback of dynamic pressure to improve response characteristics of the system
