| Abstract: | As a main part of the NxTest of DOD,ATML will be the standard medium to exchange and share test information.Following and studying ATML can drive the development of the automatic test technology.This paper detailly describes the requirement background,development and standardization process of ATML,framework and its application cases in automatic test systems.It is helpful to domestic standardization of automatic test information exchange format. |
