摘    要:采用R3中试装置对渣油加氢处理保护剂的装填级配进行了研究。在反应温度和反应氢分压一定的试验条件下,通过改变反应空速计算出保护剂不同装填比例下的杂质脱除率,确定渣油加氢处理保护剂的最优级配比例。

Abstract:Hydrotreating protective catalysts loading ratio was studied in R3 Pilot unit. In the experimental conditions of certain reaction temperature and reaction hydrogen partial pressure,impurity removal percentage was calculated under different loading ratio of protective catalyst by changing the reaction volume space velocity,the optimal gradation proportion of residue fix-bed hydrotreating protective catalyst was determined.
