摘    要:高职院校教师队伍的素质高低是高职院校核心竞争力的根本,而绩效管理是提升教师综合素质的重要途径之一。本文通过高职院校教师绩效考核意义的论述,分析了当前我国高职院校教师绩效考核的现状,提出了树立科学的高职院校教师绩效考核管理理念、完善高职院校教师绩效考核评价体系、重视考核结果的反馈和应用等提高绩效考核管理水平得的对策和建议。

Abstract:The quality level of the vocational colleges teachers is the core competitiveness of the fundamental of the higher vocational colleges, and performance management is an important way to enhance teachers' overall quality of one. Vocational school teachers performance appraisal meaningful discourse analysis of the status of the performance appraisal of Vocational school tachcrs, Vocational school teachers establish the scientific performance appraisal management concepts, and improve the performance appraisal of Vocational shool teachers evaluation system, attention to the feedback of evaluation results and applications to improve the performanee appraisal of the level of management strategies and recommendations.
