摘    要:师生间的有效沟通是促进教学的前提条件,为了更好的提高教学效果,本文探讨了师生间的有效沟通方式。本文认为,师生多接触,多了解学生,尊重学生,平等、真诚的对待每一个学生,发现他们的优点并赞赏它,采用换位思考,使得师生进行有效的沟通,可以促进教学效果提高。

Abstract:Effective communication between teachers and students is a precondition of teaching. In order to improve the teaching effect, this paper explores the effective way of communication between teachers and students, such as getting in touch with students, understanding and respecting students, treating every student equally and sincerely, discovering their advantages and appreciation of it, transposition thinking and so on, make teachers and students to communicate effectively, can improve the effect of teaching.
