液压支架用乳化液机理的研究

摘    要:对现有液压支架用乳化液机理进行了研究,从理论上阐述了乳化液的稳定性随时间的增长而变差的原因主要是:乳化剂遇到水中的Ca2+,Mg2+即出现析皂现象;油-水界面膜强度下降;油滴相互碰撞时极易产生析油现象。为此,提出了微乳技术是乳化液今后的研究发展方向。

Abstract:The mechanism of existing emulsions for the powered supports was studied. Degradation of emulsion with the time was described theoretically.It was mainly due to soap eduction when the emulsifier meets Ca2 and Mg2 in the water,the strength of the film at the interface of oil and water is reduced, and oil can be easily educted when the oil drops collision with each other. The trends in the future is to develop micro-emulsifying technique.
