兴隆庄煤矿提高回采上限的试验研究

摘    要:通过对现代化矿井兴隆庄矿进行不疏降顶水采煤工业性试验,系统地研究了缩采覆岩破坏规律;采用显微技术进行了防不岩的质量评价;利用温度场监测作为安全生产预报手段之一。试采用8个分层工作面,多产煤405万t,获得了显著的经济效益;取得了一次提高回采上限27m的技术突破,将原设计80m垂高的防水煤柱缩小到53m,确定了全矿区的防水煤柱设计原则。

Abstract:A systematic study of overlying strata failure trend for fully mechanized coal face was made in industrial tests of mining under water-bearing layers without water drainage. Microanalyses were also made to assess quality of water-resistance rock pillars. Monitoring of underground environmental temperature field was conducted as one of the forecasting measures for safety mining. In the trial mining 4.05Mt coal was recovered from 8 slices of coal faces, Remarkable economic benefit was achieved. It is a technical breakthrough which extended the upper mining limit up to 27 m,and the water-resistant coal pillar was reduced from 80m to 53m in height. The design principle of water-resistant coal pillars for whole mining area was worked out.
