热煤气脱硫台式试验研究

摘    要:介绍了在台架中压流化床反应器上进行的钛酸锌脱硫剂的热煤气脱硫和脱硫剂再生试验。比较了不同温度下的脱硫效果。钛酸锌脱硫剂的脱硫效果显著,较高的温度可得到较高的硫容量和较低的硫化氢出口浓度,脱硫剂可得良好的再生,较高的氧气浓度和加快再生过程速度。4个循环试验后的脱硫剂与新鲜硫剂进行了热重分析和磨损性能等的比较试验,脱硫活性仅微弱下降,而耐磨性能有所提高。

Abstract:Zinc-titanate sorbent for hot gas desulfurization was tested on a pressurized bench-scale test unit. The regeneration tests of sorbent were also made. The results of desulfurization at different temperatures were compared, which showed that the sorbent was effective for sulfur removal and could be well regenerated, sulfidation at higher temperatures brought about higher sulfur capacity and lower H2S concentration in outlet gas. Higher O_2 concentration in regeneration gas promoted the regeneration process. Comparison of properties of fresh sorbent and reacted sorbent showed that the activity decreased slightly and attrition resistance improved after four cycle tests
