放顶煤工作面支架受力特征及分析

摘    要:以放顶煤工作面实际观测资料为基础,论述了放顶煤工作面矿山矿力显现的主要特征:(1)液压支架工作阻力不大于单一煤层或上分层开采时的支架工作阻力;(2)放顶煤工作面的支架外载荷普遍前移。由此提出,在放煤支架设计和选型过程中应注意提高支架前端的支护能力。

Abstract:Based on the measured data the main characteristics of ground pressure in a sub-level caving face are as the following:(1) The working resistance of powered support is not greater than that of supports used in a single coal seam or in top slice of a coal seam; (2) The external load exerted on the support used in sub-level caving face generally moves forward. Therefore, in design and selection of powered support for sub-level caving method, attention should be given to the capacity of front end of canopy.
