摘    要:临盘油田浅层出砂井由于地层压实程度低、出砂量大、且地层温度低,历年来化学防砂效果较差,针对这种情况,通过室内实验,优选防砂材料无机颗粒,并对影响其固结性能的各种因素进行了研究,实验表明无机颗粒防砂材料具有低温固化、固结时间短、固结强度高的特点。文中还结合现场施工,描述了无机颗粒防砂工艺的防砂原理及工艺特点,并对现场施工中存在的问题进行了优化设计。该工艺在现场实施后,防砂效果得到了明显的改善。

Abstract:The factors of badly chemical sand control effect of LINPAN oilfield shallow formation sandy wells since several years have been considered as incompetent formation, big sand producer and low formation temperature. Based on the case and through laboratory experiments, this paper optimizes the sand control material and studies the various factors affecting consolidation performance .The experiments result shows that the sand control material of inorganic grain is characterized by low consolidation temperature, short consolidation time, and high consolidation strength. This paper describes the sand control principle and technological characteristics of the sand control technology, and optimal design the problems in field application. It is shown that the effect of sand control has apparently been improved after field practical application.
