基于SPWPM的移相全桥高频链逆变器研究

摘    要:分析了一种单极性移相全桥桥式高频链逆变器的主电路拓扑和工作原理.阐述了正弦脉宽脉位调制(SPWPM)技术的实现原理,对移相SPWPM软开关的原理和特点进行了讨论,给出了利用TMS320F240 DSP芯片产生SPWPM控制信号的方法。最后通过仿真和实验验证了SPWPM技术的正确性和可行性。

Abstract:On the basis of analyzing the main circuit topology and working principles of unipolarity phase-shifted full-bridge high-frequency link inverter, the principles of sinusoid pulse width and position modulation (SPWPM) technology is described in detail. Meanwhile, the paper discusses the principles and characteristics of SPWPM soft-switching. The digital SPWPM control signal generating technique is developed by using TMS320F240 DSP. Finally, the simulation and experimental results verifies its validity and feasibility.
