富马酸二甲酯的毒性研究进展

富马酸二甲酯是一种用途广泛而且对微生物具有广谱、高效抑菌和杀菌作用的化合物.为更安全地使用富马酸二甲酯,有必要详细了解富马酸二甲酯对人体健康的影响.本文在阐述了富马酸二甲酯抑杀菌特性的基础上,通过急性毒性试验、蓄积性试验、三项致突变试验和亚急性试验等富马酸二甲酯毒理性研究的综述,结果是富马酸二甲酯急性毒性低、属低毒物质,有较低的蓄积毒性,无致畸致突作用,无慢性毒性和致癌性.另外,针对当前富马酸二甲酯使用中存在的问题提出了一些建议.

Research Progress on Toxicology Characteristics of Dimethyl Fumarate

Dimethyl fumarate (DMF) is a kind of ester compound,has wide use and highly antibacterial and bacte-ricidal action.To use DMF more securely,it is necessary to darify~ng the effects of DMF on human health.Research works on DMF though acute toxicity tests,cumulative toxicity tests,Ames,mutagenie effects,malformation tests,acute toxic tests,etc.are reviewed in this paper.It iS revealed that DMF is of low toxicity,low cumulative toxicity.non-carci-nogenesis and non-mutagenesis.Current problems in the use of DMF and sonle suggestions are put forward.
