电力系统继电保护故障信息系统通信问题研究

摘    要:参考IEC103标准及TCP/IP网络协议,结合故障信息系统中主站和子站通信接口的要求,提出主-子站间的通信接口要求和具体方案.研究了主站和子站之间通信报文规范,并针对提高主站系统内部的通信可靠性要求提出有效的机制,该通信机制有利于提高通信的可靠性、通信效率.

Abstract:The communication is the key of power system relay protection and fault information managing system. The communicationinterface requirement and implementation scheme is proposed in this paper, which based on the IEC103 standard and TCP/IP protocol, and this scheme can meet the demand of interface between master station and substation. The message specification between the master station and substationis also studied in detail. According to the requirement of communication reliabilityin master system, anefficient mechanismis proposed,it can improve the communication reliabilityand performance.
