| 摘 要： | 分析了20GJ型增压器漏油原因。通过油压试验、回油量试验、气封结构试验、压气机叶轮背面压力的检测和回油阻力测试,找出了排除漏油故障的有效措施。同时改进了密封结构;从而成功地解决了20GJ型增压器的漏油问题。此外,还分析了除增压器漏油之外所造成的柴油机进气管有油的原因,指出应尽量避免柴油机在低速低载特别是空载下的长期运转。

How to Avoid Oil Leakage of Model 20GJ Supercharger |

| Abstract: | The things account for the oil leakage of Model 20GJ supercharger are investigated. By testing the oil pressure, the return oil flow and the air seal mechanism and by gauging the back pressure of compressor impeller and the flow resistance of retum oil, solutions for eliminating oil leakage are found out and the seal mechanism is improved. Furthermore, the author investigates also other causes (i. e. not due to supercharger Ieakage) of the occurrence of oil in the air intake of diesel engine and indicates that it should be avoided to run the diesel engine at low speed with low load or even without load over a long period of time. |
