高速电弧喷涂锌涂层性能研究

摘    要:使用高速电弧喷涂枪和普通电弧喷涂枪分别制备锌涂层。通过对结合强度、孔隙率、粒子尺寸和粒子飞行速度的测试表明,高速电弧喷涂比普通电弧喷涂的粒子尺寸减小,飞行速度提高,制备的锌涂层结合强度高,孔隙率低。对两种锌涂层进行的强化腐蚀试验表明,封孔处理后的高速喷涂锌涂层具有较好的抗腐蚀性能。

Abstract:Using high velocity gun and conventional arc sprayingguns,The Zn coatings were prepared.The adhesive strength,porostity.particle size and flight speed were measured.The results showed that the particle size was smaller and a good coating with high adhesive strength and low porosity can be obtained by using the high velocity spraying gun.The strengthened corrosion test wesults showed that the anti corrosion properties of high velocity arc sprayed Zn coating with sealing treatment was similar to that of Al arc sprayed coating.
