| 摘 要： | 目前镇江地区电网规模逐渐扩大,电网的安全性也越来越重要,镇江地区500 kV上党开关站的保护PCM设备由于没有专用的网管对设备进行管理和维护,一旦设备出现异常,维护人员不能立即发现,会对设备的安全稳定运行造成影响,进而影响到整个镇江电网的安全稳定运行。文章论述了如何通过镇江地区现有的光传输系统以及通信监控系统将保护PCM设备的告警信号接进镇江中心站,从而使二次运行人员在没有专用网管和告警传输通道的情况下实现对500 kV保护PCM设备运行状况的监视。
