摘    要:用AlCl3/D72 作催化剂 ,合成水杨酸甲酯研究了催化剂用量、反应时间、反应温度、醇酸比对反应的影响 ,确定了反应优惠条件、催化剂用量为 1% (与原料水杨酸的质量比 )、反应时间 3h、反应温度 65~ 70℃、醇酸比 3~ 4∶1(mol/mol不加带水剂 )或 1.5~ 2∶1(mol/mol加带水剂 ) ,收率大于 92 %

Abstract:The synthesis of methyl salicylate, AlCl 3/D 72 Resin as catalyst,the influences of Catalyst dosage, reaction time, reaction temperature and the ratio of alcohol to acid on synthetising methyl salicylate were studied. The experiment results showed that the optimum condition was as follows: the quality proportion of salicylic acid and catalyst dosage 100∶1, reaction time 3h, reaction temperature 65~70℃, the ratio of alcohol to acid 3~4∶1 (not carrying water reagent) or 1.5~2∶1 (with carring water reagent), the yield was over 92%.
