柔性导爆索能量放大数值模拟研究

摘    要:为了研究一种应用于柔性导爆索中的圆台式能量放大结构的能量传递与放大规律,应用有限元软件LS-DYNA对结构的能量放大过程进行了数值模拟,研究了能量放大结构的设计参数,如半锥角、导爆索内径、最小稳定爆轰距离等之间的影响关系;最后将数值模拟的结果与试验数据对比验证,结果表明该数值方法较好地描述了试验中得到的半锥角与输出能量间的关系.本研究对柔性导爆索结构设计与优化具有参考价值.

Abstract:Aimed at the principle ofenergy transmission and ampfified for a frustum of cone structure apppied in mild detonaling fuse(MDP),the commercial FEA software LS-DYNA was introduced and used in numerical simulation of energy amplified structure,by which the relation between some parameters,such as the semi-angle of frustum of cone,inner radius of the MDF and the minimal distance of detonation growth.Was researched,Finally,the contrast between simulation result and test result was carded out,which indicate that the relation between semi-angle of frustum of cone and energy transmission was well described using this numerical method.The work of this paper can afford guidance to MDF design and optimization.
