| 摘 要： | 本文从天津滨海新区开发开放现状出发，通过问卷调查了解新区企业人才需求，结合天津工程师范学院材料成型及控制工程专业（模具方向）建设现状，分析了天津工程师范学院材料成型及控制工程专业存在的问题，并提出了结合实际需要的几点思考。

| Abstract: | According to status of development and opening of Tianjing Binhai new district, investigate personnel demand of enterprises in new district, analyze problems of specialty of material molding and controlling engineering at Tianjing University of Technology and Education by combining current construction of specialty of material molding and controlling engineering at Tianjing University of Technology and Education （direction of mold）, propose several thoughts with combination of practical needs. |
