| 摘 要： | 通过对日记本密码锁弧形开关工艺分析,设计了采用强制脱模、一模八腔的注射模.笔者着重比较了成型侧凸的几种常见结构.介绍了利用Molsflow对浇注系统进行优化设计,采用Pro/E进行型芯、型腔和型芯镶块的设计.
