突出危险煤破碎功理论与实验研究

摘    要:系统分析了煤破碎的各种学说理论,应用捣碎法测定了突出煤的破碎功,理论验证了破碎功与各学说的符合程度,得出了突出煤破碎比功与坚固性系数关系的数学模型.实验研究结果表明,煤的破碎符合新表面说,破碎时所消耗的功主要消耗于煤产生新表面积,与破碎后产生的新表面积成正比.煤破碎比功与煤的坚固性系数符合线性规律,是反映煤抵抗外力破碎难易程度的重要指标.

Abstract:Based on the systematic analysis of coal crushing theories, crushing energy of outbursts-proneness coal was mensurated by using mashing technology.It was validated that the consistency degree of crushing energy with various crushing theories, and then a mathematics model calculating specific crushing energy and Protodyakonov coefficient of outbursts-proneness coal was built.The experimental results show that coal crushing theoretically accords with new surface theory, the coal crushing energy is main consumed to form new surface area, and crushing energy is a direct ratio function of the new forming surface area, the specific energy of coal crushing is good linear relationship with coal Protodyakonov coefficient, and the specific energy of coal crushing is an important index that coal is prone to be crushed standing against outside forces.
