硅橡胶减震器振动试验的有限元模拟

摘    要:本文运用非线性有限元方法对一种航天用高阻尼硅橡胶减震器进行了环境试验的模拟,并与实验结果进行比较。首先通过材料实验,得出硅橡胶材料的应力-应变曲线,并在此基础上建立了硅橡胶材料的超弹性Mooney模型。然后针对硅橡胶的大变形问题,使用增量有限元方法对硅橡胶减震器进行频率响应分析,并将振动台的位移—频率变化曲线作为输入载荷,来模拟环境实验中的正弦振动实验。最后将有限元分析结果与环境试验测试结果进行对比,结果表明二者符合得较好,表明有限单元法可以用于较复杂问题的仿真。

Abstract:In this paper non-linear finite element method was introduced to simulate the environmental test of a set of rubber-structured absorber, which is used in aerospace. At first the stress-strain curve of silicone rubber and corresponding hyperelastic model were created by material experiment. To simulate the sinusoidal vibration test, Incremental Analysis was used for the frequency response analysis of the absorber considering behavior of large deformation of silicone rubber material, and boundary conditions were determined according to the amplitude and frequency of vibration test system. The appropriate error between the simulation result and vibration test proves that application of non-linear FEM is available to perform simulation of complicated process.
