摘    要:在B2C环境下,提高配送时隙运营效率,降低运营成本,尽力通过高效的资源利用率来降低成本,从而产生良好的经济效益,成为网络零售商提高竞争力的关键所在。本文规避单目标研究不能够较为全面反映配送的实际问题,拟考虑从多目标角度对问题进行优化,建立了基于客户偏好的时隙偏差最小和时隙配送成本最小的综合优化模型。最后通过算例分析,模拟几种不同情况,综合优化模型在时间和成本水平下都较传统单目标更优,能使配送时隙综合效用最大。

Abstract:In B2C, improving delivery slots operational efficiency, reducing operational costs through efficient resource utilization, and obtaining in good economic benefits, is the key for online retailers to improving competitiveness. As a single-goal study cannot fully reflect the actual distribution, a multi-objective optimization is conducted based on customer preferences minimum deviation slots and slot distribution costs smallest integrated optimization model. A numerical example is used to simulate several different situations, proving that integrated optimization model is better in terms of time and cost than the traditional single objective, making the largest distribution utility slot comprehensive.
