摘    要:通过对钢板强化机理的分析,认为采用热机械轧制(TMCP)工艺替代控轧工艺,可以降低钢中贵金属Nb的加入量;同时对不含Nb成分体系钢板试样的CCT曲线进行研究,设计了合理的TMCP工艺,试生产出不同规格的钢板。结果表明,钢板质量满足Q345系列低合金钢板的要求,有效地指导了Q345系列低合金钢板的低成本生产。

Abstract:Through analysis on strengthening mechanism of steel plate, the article concludes that the additions of noble element Nb can be reduced by using TMCP instead of controlled rolling process. On the basis of investigation on CCT curves of samples without Nb, proper TMCP has heen designed, trial production of steel plate with different speci- fications has been carried out. The results show that the steel plate quality can meet the requirements of Q345 series low alloy steel plate, which is used as an effective guidance to the low cost production of Q345 series low alloy steel plate.
