Abstract:The promotion of teaching ability of new teachers in vocational colleges should focus on four links that are "pre-job training","tutor's assisting system ","scientific research advances " and "evaluation boosting",which play an important role in the faculty construction so as to enhance the overall strength of the teaching staff.
