钢铁企业中电能质量分析与控制

文章从钢铁企业主要用电设备入手,从波形畸变和高次谐波,电压波动和闪变,电压暂降和短时间中断三方面分析电能质量问题的产生和影响。文章针对这三方面问题,结合钢铁企业负荷特点,利用电力电子对策作为应对,着重阐述有源滤波器、无源滤波器、静止无功补偿装置SVC、静止同步补偿器STATCOM、综合并联无功补偿系统、动态电压调节器DVR、储能装置的工作机理、优缺点及钢铁企业实际应用的范围。文章最后总结各种电力电子装置和电能质量控制的联系并对未来发展作了展望。

Analysis and Control of Quality of Electrical Energy in Steel Enterprise

The paper analyzed the occurrence and effects of problems about quality of electrical energy for electrical equipments in steel enterprise from three kinds of aspects such as waveform distortion and high harmonic,voltage fluctuation and flicker, voltage sag and short time interruption.According to these 3 aspects of problems,combined with load characteristics in steel enterprise,and using power electronic as countermeasures,the paper elaborated emphatically the working mechanism,advantages and shortcomings,and the scope of actual application in steel enterprise of devices such as active filter,passive filter,SVC, STATCOM,comprehensive parallel reactive power compensation system,DVR,storage energy device.The paper summarized the link of various power electronic installations and the quality control of electrical energy,and proposed the prospective of the development for the future.
