摘    要:简略地介绍了负热膨胀陶瓷材料的性质、结构,包括:β锂霞石、NaZr2P3O12(NZP)族、ZrW2O8族、ZrV2O7族、Sc2(WO4)3族、ReO3和Zn(CN)2.此外,还介绍了一些薄膜的制备工艺和性质.进一步的研究建议包括:控制材料的负热膨胀,改进制备L艺,特别是发展新的薄膜制备上艺和应用开发研究.

Abstract:The properties and structures of negative thermal expansion (NTE) ceramic materials are briefly introduced, including β-eucryptite, the NaZr2P3O12(NZP) family, ZrW2O8 family, ZrV2O7 family, Sc2(WO4)3 family, ReO3 and Zn(CN)2 etc. The prepara- tion processes and properties of some films also are briefly described. It is suggested that future research works should include the control of negative thermal expansion, the improvement of the preparation process, particularly the development of a new process for preparing film, and application research.
