摘    要:在分析合金元素的挥发行为及机理的基础上,对金属粉尘进行了分析.观察了合金的铸态微观组织,并着重讨论了提高AZ31力学性能的途径.研究结果表明:真空熔炼过程中,合金熔体中元素的活度影响其挥发速率;真空条件下合金中存在的气体量降低,夹杂物分解,提高了合金的纯度,使合金显现出本身的特性;AZ31的铸态抗拉强度达210 MPa,比熔炼前提高了82.6%;延伸率为5%,提高了31.5%.

Abstract:The volatilization behavior and its mechanism of Mg and Zn were studied,and the powder was analyzed.Also,the microstructure was observed,and the way to improve the mechanical properties was discussed.The results show that the influence of alloy composition on the loss rate of element volatilization was great.Under vacuum condition the gas content of alloy reduction and inclusion dissolving enhanced the purity of alloy.The tensile strength of cast AZ31 is up to 210 MPa,which is increased by 82.6% than that of AZ31 before melt and percentage elongation is 5%,which is increased by 31.5%.
