真空袋成型复合材料体系固化动力学及性能研究

摘    要:对真空成型复合材料树脂基体VB-90进行了固化动力学研究,获得了树脂的固化动力学方程,并进行了试验验证,结果表明:所获得的固化动力学方程能够很好的描述树脂的固化行为,为复合材料的工艺优化研究提供了理论依据;考察了真空成型工艺下VB-90/T700复合材料的性能,结果表明:真空袋成型复合材料孔隙率低于1%,常温层间剪切强度达到76.5MPa,90℃湿态条件下层间剪切强度和弯曲强度保持率均在55%以上,该复合材料可以满足90℃温度下长期使用。

Abstract:The cure kinetics of the resin VB-90 for vacuum-bag-only composite systems was investigated under dynamic curing conditions by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) technique.The cure kinetic equation of the resin was established.Experimental validation shows the cure kinetic equation acquired agreed well with the experimental results,and it can be used for optimizing the processing cycle of the composite systems.The quality and properties of the vacuum-bag-only composite VB-90/T700 was studied: the void c...
