摘    要:玉门油田青西地区地层可钻性变化较大,钻头选型困难,导致机械钻速较低。在Q2-24井钻井过程中试验应用了BEST公司的PDC钻头和HUGHES公司的三牙轮钻头,结果表明:该地区弓形山组地层开始直到中沟组泥岩段(2200~3500m)夹杂砂岩、砾岩的地层,使用小尺寸、大倒角的PDC钻头是适宜的,但需认真分析岩性及井下情况,并参阅邻井PDC钻头使用资料,确定合理的钻井参数和钻具组合,以提高机械钻速,缩短钻井周期;与国产钻头相比,HUGHES钻头的的机械钻速较高,钻头的轴承和胎体材质较好,与国产钻头相比,能承受更大钻压。

Abstract:It is the remarkable variety of formation drillability in Qingxi area of Yumen oilfield that results in difficult bit choosing and lower ROP. Therefore, PDC bits of BEST company and tree-cone bits of HUGHES company were tested while drilling Q2-24 Well. The following precious experiences are gained from this test. Formations from Gongxingshan section to Zhonggou section are mixed with sandstones and conglomerates. And small dimensional PDC bit with large bevel edge is suitable for such formations. But lithologies and downhole situations must be analyzed carefully, meanwhile, use of PDC bits in offset wells must also be consulted to determine the reasonable penetrating parameters and BHA, and to increase ROP and reduce well cycle accordingly. Compared with domestic ones, the bits from HUGHES can achieve higher ROP and sustain larger WOB for their better bearing and matrix texture.
