摘    要:定子磁链观测是实现高能电机控制系统中非常重要的环节,目前主要采用u-i模型来计算磁链,在低速时受定子电阻压降的影响磁链的观测精度不高,严重时会导致控制系统失灵,论文阐述一种优化后的定子磁链观测器在异步电机控制系统中的应用,以异步电机作为出发点,以直接转矩技术为核心,使整个控制系统结构更为简单,转矩响应更为迅速,控制性能更优.并在MATLAB7.6/Simulink环境下实现控制系统的仿真,仿真结果表明此方案对定子磁链的观测效果优于传统的观测方法.

Abstract:The stator flux observer is a very important part to achieve the high performance motor control system.At present,it’s common to use the u-i model to calculate the flux.At low speed the stator resistance voltage drop has affected the stator flux observation precision.Serious it will lead to control system failure.This paper describes an optimized stator flux estimator which uses in the asynchronous motor control system.According to the asynchronous motor and using torque control technology as the core,for that the asynchronous motor control system is simpler,the torque response is faster,the control function is better.This control simulation system is realized by means of software environment of Matlab7.6,the experimental results showed that this schemegived an obviously advantage over the classical methods in stator flux estination.
