摘    要:介绍了逆向工程的概念、特点及工作流程,应用逆向工程的相关概念,对安全帽进行逆向工程开发.通过安全帽的反求设计,阐述了用ImageWare对点云数据进行数据处理、曲面重建及造型的过程.介绍了由大量数据点进行曲线、曲面反求的设计方法,并将构建出的模型与原始点云对比,进行误差分析得到合理的误差结果.同时描述了对曲面光顺性进行检测的方法.

Abstract:The basic conceptkey technologies and work flow of reverse engineering were introduced.With the related concepts of reverse engineering,Helment was designed.Through the reverse design of the helment,elaborated the process of point cloud data processingsurface reconstruction and the modeling process with imageware.Introduced the method that by the large number of data points for curve,surface reverse designThe acceptable surface within the assigned errors range compared with the original point-cloud for the error analysis and result evaluation.The methods of detecting the smoothness of the surface were described.
