基于NX6和VERICUT的叶轮五轴车铣复合加工技术研究

摘    要:研究在五轴车铣复合加工中心上,利用NX6.0和VERICUT软件实现整体式叶轮加工的工作流程及刀轴方向控制、程序仿真及后处理等关键技术.着重介绍如何通过NX6.0软件的刀轴插补功能和VERICUT软件的自动对比功能,以避免发生加工干涉与过切.

Abstract:This article studies the procedure of using NX6 and VERICUT software to realize the impeller processing on 5-axis Turning-milling compounding NC machine tool and the key techniques of tool direction controlling,NC program simulation and post-processing.And emphatically introduces how to avoid interference and over cutting by the tool axis interpolation function of NX6 and the automatic comparison function of VERICUT.
