摘    要:通过对影响固定化葡萄糖氧化酶 (GOD)酶催化速率的诸因素 :醋酸纤维素薄膜 (CA)的厚度、孔径大小、孔的连通性、薄膜的均一性等的分析 ,得出 CA膜固定化 GOD获得最大催化速率的途径是 CA薄膜必须具有适当的孔径、适当的厚度、较好的孔径连通性

Abstract:Facts affecting the catalytic velocity of GOD immobilized on the CA membrane was analyzed. These facts include the thickness of CA membrane, the size and internal relations of its pore , the homogeneity of CA membrane. Moreover, the access to the fastest catalytic velocity of GOD immobilized on the CA membrane is indicated that the CA membrane should have suitable pore diameter and thickness and better pore internal relation.
