| 摘 要： | 南宁城市化水平日益提高，而城市的暴雨排水系统的建设跟不上城市的发展步伐。通过对南宁市城区内涝成因的分析，指出南宁市在城市防洪、治涝工程中存在的问题，并提出相应的对策，减轻内涝所带来的危害。

| Abstract: | With the increasingly rising of urbanization level in Nanning city, the construction of urban rainstorm drainage system can not keep up with the development. Based on an analysis of the causes for the urban water logging in Nanning city, the author demonstrated the problems of Nanning in urban flood control and drainage system, and put forward corresponding countermeasures to alleviate the damage from water logging. |
