| 摘 要： | 采用SAP2000程序对北京饭店二期改扩建工程商业部分进行静力弹塑性分析（pushoveranalysis）。分析表明，该楼在罕遇地震作用下具有足够的变形能力，满足我国规范中大震不倒的要求。

| Abstract: | Using Non-linear Finite-element method software （SAP2000）, this paper adopts the method of Static Elastoplastic Analysis （pushover analysis） in analyzing the commercial part of Beijing Hotel Project Phase Ⅱ. It shows the structure has adequate capacity of deformation under maximum earthquake action, and can meet related requirements specified in Chinese codes. |
