摘    要:研究了芳香胺和芳香醛参予的Mannich反应及其合成应用,以它们的原料合成了10余种新的Mannich碱,也使Mannich反应由单一甲醛扩展到芳香醛,产率为62.3%~90.4%。

Abstract:Mannich reactions with aromatic amines and aromatic aldehydes and their applications were studied systematically. In this paper,a novel type of Mannich reactions with aromatic aldehydes and aromatic amines as well as 2-pentanone were performed at room temperature or slightly below in the presence of concentrated hydrochloric acid as the catalyst. More than ten related Mannich bases, 1-aryl-1-arylamino-3-hexanone, were synthesized with yields 62. 3% ~ 90. 4 %.Among the prepared Mannich bases there are morethan ten new compounds.
