摘    要:作为电力信息学的基础理论之一,将电力系统的分析决策过程看成是一个广义的信息重建过程。针对电力系统中普遍的概率型信息,从传统的信息理论出发,建立了广义的信道模型,提出了基于信息量损失最小的决策原理,推导了信息量及信息损失量的计算方法。介绍了在能量管理系统(EMS)的网络拓扑错误辨识中的原理性应用实例,通过科学的量化,将网络拓扑错误辨识问题转变成新颖的优化决策模型的求解问题。研究表明,信息理论在提高电力系统的信息可靠性和决策智能性方面有着非常诱人的应用前景。

Abstract:As the foundation of electrical informatics, any decision making process for power system operation can be regarded as a generalized information reconstruction. In order to deal with probability type information in power system, a generalized information channel model is built, a novel optimal decision making principle based on information loss minimization is proposed, and a series of formulas for calculating information loss are derived. An application of the new principle to topology error identification is reported. In the new method, the problem of topology error identification is converted to a novel optimal decision making model. The results show that the applications of information theory have good future in enhancing the reliability and intelligence of information system in power system.
