地面可调螺杆钻具的研制

在定向井、大斜度井、水平井等特殊工艺井中,为优化井身质量,不同井段的造斜率可能会不同。而常规的弯螺杆钻具的弯角是固定的,为减少弯螺杆钻具的配备数量,设计了一种可分级调整弯度的螺杆钻具。该螺杆钻具的调弯机构由中间接头、调节花键套和弯母扣下壳体组成,可使一根钻具能得到0°-3°内13个不同的弯度。设计了一种适合地面可调螺杆钻具的球型万向轴,该万向轴采用分体式球型万向摆动的万向节和全密封式结构,克服了花瓣式万向轴的缺点,延长了螺杆钻具的使用寿命。

Development of an Adjustable Screw Drill Tool

Different deflection rates are utilized to optimize drilling quality according to different sections of wells during directional, horizontal and ERD drilling operations. A kind of adjustable Screw Drill Tool was designed to meet the needs as above. The mechanism for bent adjusting, composed of medium joint , adjustable spline casing and bent housing, is applied to reduce the number of screw motors used in drilling and make it available to form thirteen bent angles between 0?to 3? At the same time, the round suitable for adjustable bent screw motor is also utilized. Owing to round gimbal and sealed structure, this kind of universal mandrel can obviously prolong service longevity of screw motor compared with traditional petal shape universal mandrels.
