| Abstract: | In this paper, the mechanical properties, quenched and tempered hardness of the valve steel 40Cr10Si2Mo treated with various processes were studied;the relationship of mechanical properties, quenched and tempered hardness, metallographic structure to various heat treatment temperatures under specified technical requirements were also analyzed, so the optimized heat treatment process was determined to meet the technical requirements. |
