操作条件对胀接接头密封性能的影响

摘    要:通过有限元分析研究了操作条件对液压胀接接头密封性能的影响,即压力和温度对密封环带上最小残余接触压力的影响。研究发现,如果管程压力或温度高于壳程压力或温度,接头密封性能加强。但是在一定的管程壳程温差下,不论增加管程还是壳程的温度,接头的密封性能都可能变差。

Abstract:In this paper,finite element analysis was performed to investigate the effects of working conditions on the tightness of the hydraulically expanded tube-to-tubesheet joint,specifically the effects of pressures and temperatures on the minimum residual contact pressure on the sealing circular-bands.It is found that if the tube-side pressure or temperature is larger than the shell-side pressure or temperature,the joint tightness will be enhanced.But for a certain temperature difference,increase of the temperature of whatever tube-side or shell-side could be harmful for the tightness of the joint.
