锌银蓄电池失效分析及预防措施

摘    要:以工作电流和工作温度为主要考虑因素,建立了锌银蓄电池基本失效率模型和工作失效率模型。以试验数据为基础,采用失效率模型,通过数值计算得到基本失效率预计值,将预计值与试验值进行了比较,结果表明,得到的失效率模型可以应用于工程实践,为预防锌银蓄电池失效提供了理论基础,对锌银蓄电池在飞机上的正确使用具有重要意义。

Abstract:Taking the operating current and operating temperature as the main consideration factors,this article established the basic failure rate model and the work failure rate model for zinc-silver battery.Based on the experimental data,failure rate model by numerical calculation to get the basic failure rate estimates,the expected value was compared with the experimental values.The results indicated that the failure rate model can be applied in the project practice,providing a theoretical basis for zinc-silver battery failure prevention,which plays an important part in the correct use of zinc/silver batteries in aircrafts.
