浮式基础最终平均沉降量的实测与分析

摘    要:建筑基础不均匀沉降及快速沉降对建筑结构危害很大,因此周密的勘探方法及准确的基础沉降量计算十分重要。传统的计算模型准确度极低。经过对基础最终沉降量的计算方法进行多年研究,以浮式基础最终平均沉降量实际监测数据为基础,并利用计算机推导,得出一新的浮式基础最终平均沉降量的计算经验公式,它基本可正确反映沉降量与建筑自重、基底至硬岩的平均垂直距离、基底面下土体综合压缩模量和基底面积的关系。

Abstract:Unequal settlement and rapid settlement of building foundation are quite hazardous to the structure, and deliberate monitoring method and precise calculation of foundation settlement are therefore very important. But the traditional calculation model is of extremely low precision. After years of research on calculation method of the final settlement of foundation, a new empirical formula has been set up for calculating that of floating foundation on the base of actual test data of the settlement with help of computer. Basically, it can correctly reflect the relationships of the settlement with building self-weight, average vertical distance between foundation bottom and bedrock, compressive modular of soil under the foundation and area of the foundation bottom.
