| 摘 要： | 首先介绍接入主干光缆的建设背景、建设策略选择、对比传统网络的优势分析,然后,从满足全业务发展需求、降低网络建设成本、提高资源使用效率、提升网络安全稳定性、提高维护管理效率等五方面进行建设效果评估指标的探讨,最后以某运营商建设效果实例对评估指标进行分析说明。

| Abstract: | This paper at first introduce the background、strategy selection of the Trunk Optical Cable Construction in Access Network, and the analysis of the advantages compared to the traditional network.Then, we study the E-valuation index of the network construction effect in five main aspects.At last,using the construction effect in-stance of one telecom operator to analyse the evaluation index. |
